Getting Started

Your dashboard

This article refers to the Dashboard screen. Open it in a new tab

Your dashboard is your home page on canary — it's the first thing you see when you sign in, and everything important lives here.

Active scripts

The heart of your dashboard is the Active scripts section. Each script you've added appears as a card showing your medication's name, how many supplies you have remaining, and the price. When a script is ready to order, you'll see an Add to cart button on its card.

Use the Upload script button to add a new eScript token, and the Refresh button to update your scripts with the latest information from the prescription service.

Alerts and reminders

From time to time you might see a notice at the top of your dashboard — for example, You have an order that requires action. These alerts let you know when something needs your attention, such as confirming a change to an order or completing a payment. It's worth glancing at them each time you sign in.

Your orders and cart

Your recent orders are available from the dashboard, so you can check on an order's progress at any time. The cart icon in the header shows how many items you've added and lets you review them before checkout.

The account menu

Open the account menu in the top corner to reach the rest of your pages:

  • Old scripts — scripts that have been used up, expired or cancelled.
  • Addresses — your delivery addresses.
  • Account and Security — your personal details and password settings.
  • Install app — add canary to your home screen.
  • Sign out — always use this on shared devices.
