Alongside your scripts, canary may offer a shop where you can browse and buy products directly. Here's how to find your way around it.

The product catalogue

The shop shows products as a grid of cards, each with a picture, the brand, the product name and the price. Prices come from the partner pharmacies that stock each item, so you may occasionally see a price range rather than a single figure. Products that no pharmacy can currently supply are hidden automatically, so everything you see should be available — with one friendly exception: items marked Coming Soon are on their way but can't be ordered just yet.

Finding what you want

• Search — type into the search box to match product names, brands or categories. Results update as you type.
• Filter — narrow the grid by brand or by category using the dropdowns.
• Sort — arrange products by price (low to high or high to low) or alphabetically by name or brand.
• Per page — choose how many products to show at once (12, 24, 48 or 96).

If you've filtered yourself into a corner, use Reset filters to start fresh.

Product pages

Select any product card to open its page, where you'll find more photos, a description and details, plus the Add to cart button and quantity options.

A note about your scripts

The shop is only for general products. Your medication is always ordered from your Active scripts on the dashboard, not from the shop — see the "Your dashboard" article if you're looking for those.
