Your Prescriptions

Expired scripts

You may get shown a message that says your prescriptions are Expired, or see some of your 'Active' scripts in your Old scripts section and be confused.

Before contacting support, please check when you were originally prescribed your medication. All prescriptions have a valid period before they are no longer able to be dispensed.

Schedule 8 (S8) medication prescriptions are only valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

The prescription token itself may still be 'Active' and look that way, however, they are technically expired and no pharmacy can dispense these after 6 months due to regulations.

Our system automatically removes these prescriptions from the 'Active scripts' dashboard and moves them to 'Old scripts'. The system does not allow uploading of expired scripts.

Common S8 medications include: Unapproved Medical Cannabis, Opiods (Morphine, Oxycodone, Fentanyl, Methadone, Buprenorphine etc.), ADHD medications (Methylphenidate, Dexamphetamine, Lisdexamfetamine), Ketamine, Alprazolam, Flunitrazepam and others.

Schedule 4 (S4) medication prescriptions are valid for 12 months.
