Uploading documents
The Documents page lets you send paperwork to your care team securely — for example approval letters or other documents they've asked you to provide. Your care team is notified automatically as soon as you upload something, so there's no need to email or call.
How to upload a document
- Open the Documents page from the menu.
- Select Add document.
- Give the document a title if you like — this is optional, but a clear name makes it easier to find later.
- Choose the file from your device.
- Select Upload document. You'll see a confirmation message once it's saved.
What files can I upload?
- Accepted types: PDF, DOC, DOCX, PNG, JPG and JPEG.
- Maximum size: 10MB per file.
A photo taken on your phone works perfectly well — just make sure the whole page is visible and readable.
Managing your documents
Everything you've uploaded is listed on the Documents page, newest first, with its title, date and file details. From here you can download a copy at any time, or delete a document you no longer need. Deleting removes the file from your list, so only do this if you're sure.
A couple of tips
- If your file is too large, try taking the photo again at a lower quality, or save the document as a PDF.
- If you're not sure which document your care team needs, ask them first — they're happy to help.
