Getting Started
Signing in
Once your account is activated, signing in to canary is quick and simple. This article covers signing in, what to do if you forget your password, and a few tips for keeping your account safe.
How to sign in
- Go to the canary sign-in page.
- Enter the email address your account was set up with.
- Enter your password.
- Select Sign in. You'll be taken to your dashboard.
Forgotten your password?
Don't worry — it happens to everyone. You can reset it yourself in a minute or two:
- On the sign-in page, select the Forgot password link.
- Enter your email address and submit the form.
- Check your inbox for a password reset email and click the link inside.
- Choose a new password and confirm it. You can then sign in as usual.
If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your junk or spam folder, and make sure you entered the same email address your account uses.
Staying safe
- Never share your password with anyone.
- Choose a password you don't use on other websites.
- If you're using a shared or public device, always sign out when you're finished — open the account menu in the top corner and select Sign out.
- For extra peace of mind, you'll be signed out automatically after a period of inactivity.
