Invoices
Every paid order on canary comes with a tax invoice you can download as a PDF — handy for your records, health funds or reimbursement claims.
How to download an invoice
- Sign in and open your orders from the dashboard or menu.
- Select the order you want the invoice for to open its details page.
- Select Download invoice. The invoice saves to your device as a PDF, named with your order number.
When is the invoice available?
The Download invoice button appears once your order has been paid. Because your card isn't charged until the pharmacy confirms your order, a brand-new order won't have an invoice straight away — check back once payment has been taken.
What's on the invoice
Your tax invoice lists each item on the order with its quantity and price, along with your order number and the details needed for a valid Australian tax invoice. If an additional payment was made on the order, that's reflected too.
Tips
- On most devices the PDF opens in your browser or downloads to your Downloads folder — from there you can print it or email it to yourself.
- You can come back and download an invoice again at any time; there's no limit.
- If the button isn't showing on an order you believe has been paid, refresh the page first. If it still isn't there, contact the canary team with your order number and they'll sort it out.
