Patient Guide

At checkout you choose how you'd like to receive your order. Depending on your pharmacy and where you live, you'll see up to three tabs: Delivery, Same Day and Pickup.

Standard delivery

Your order is packed by the pharmacy and shipped to your delivery address. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you place the order — and some pharmacies offer free shipping once your order reaches a minimum amount, so it's worth checking. You can add Delivery notes at checkout, such as where to leave the parcel.

Same-day delivery

In some areas, your pharmacy can deliver on the very same day. A few things to know:

• It's only available where your pharmacy offers it for your postcode — if you don't see the Same Day tab, it isn't available for your address or pharmacy.
• Orders need to be placed before a daily cut-off time. After the cut-off, the option disappears until the next day.
• The same-day delivery fee depends on your postcode and is shown at checkout before you commit.

Pickup (Click & Collect)

Prefer to collect it yourself? Choose Pickup and your order will be prepared at the pharmacy for you to collect. There's no shipping cost with pickup. The pharmacy will let you know when your order is ready — please wait for that notification before heading in.

Which should I choose?

• No rush and want it brought to you? Delivery.
• Need it today and you're in an eligible area? Same Day.
• Near the pharmacy and happy to pop in? Pickup — it's free.

Whichever you choose, you can follow your order's progress from your dashboard.
